Dustin has been married to his wife Kara for almost 15 years, they have two boys, Cooper and Case, and lives in Canyon, TX. Dustin and his family like anything outdoors and enjoy most sports and sporting events. They are very active members at Saint Stephen Church in Amarillo. Dustin grew up in Wellington, TX, and then attended West Texas A&M University, where he played football and majored in Engineering Technology.

After college, Dustin worked at BNSF Railway from 2004-2020, where he started as a Conductor and then held various Management positions. In 2018, Dustin won BNSF Employee of the Year and an Achievement Award for managing and overseeing a multi-million-dollar expansion project in Amarillo.

In 2020, he became the Owner of Dustin Webb Agency - Allstate in Pampa, TX. In 2023, Dustin was blessed with the opportunity to become a partner with D3 Insurance Group. With the D3 Team, Dustin was able to continue the commitment to serving clients on a much larger scale, and provide a wide array of options for personal, business, and financial futures.

Rex and Julie live in Amarillo, Texas. He is heavily involved in the community and his philosophy is “Bring sunshine to the lives of others. Sunshine will come back to you”. Rex attended Phillips High School, where he graduated in 1985 and  played college basketball at Frank Phillips College, then West Texas State University. Rex received his Bachelor of Science Degree from West Texas State University. After college, Rex married Julie, and they have been together for nearly 35 years. They have two amazing kids, Jantzen Young Nix and Jarrett Young. The other member of the family is their precious sheepadoodle, Fancy.

Rex has been in the insurance business for 30 years. He built the largest Allstate agency in the Texas Panhandle before selling the businesses. Decided to go Independent to help more people and have better options for the customers. He views his career as being in the relationship business. He loves people, wants to help his clients, and mentor others in business. Rex says, the D3 Insurance Group is a special organization, and the team is second to none.

Stephanie grew up in Southwest Kansas and always wanted to live in Texas. She was raised by incredible parents, and Stephanie is family oriented. She married Cory and has two handsome and onery boys. Stephanie is obsessed with dachshunds, and she is referred to as Crazy Doxie Lady. Stephanie lives in Amarillo, Texas.

Stephanie loves life and is a positive person. She enjoys making people laugh and feels laughter is the best medicine. Stephanie grew up singing and performing. The love of music came from her parents, who exposed her to everything from Motown to Merle Haggard. Stephanie graduated from West Texas A and M with her bachelor’s in music business. Stephanie has been in the insurance business for 14 years. She loves her job and helping others. She feels eternally blessed with her profession and the people she works with daily.

Brock lives in Canyon, TX, with his wife of 18 years, Haylee, and their four children, Blakelee, Westyn, Knox, and Scottye. He loves to hunt and fish whenever he gets the chance and is an avid reader. Brock and Haylee are active members of Hillside Christian Church in Canyon and enjoy supporting Canyon High School and WTAMU athletics.

Brock grew up in Panhandle, TX, and graduated from Panhandle High School. He then graduated from Abilene Christian University, where he played and coached football.

Brock has been a financial advisor for the past 15 years and loves helping his clients plan for the future. In addition, he has been involved in the insurance side of the business for the past four years and is deeply committed to risk management.
