Queenie Reynolds was born and raised in Riverside, California. She moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, in her young adult years. Queenie attended the University of New Mexico, where she earned her BA in communication and also studied psychology. Queenie is fluent in Spanish and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients understand their insurance needs and are covered for any situation.

Benito Ortiz opened an insurance agency for a captive company and became one of the top new agents in the country. Seeing the massive opportunity to provide more value to his clientele by offering multiple companies, Strategic Insurance Group was born. Benito's two children, Romeo and Teddi, along with his wife Amanda, keep him very motivated for growth and very busy outside of work hours. Benito coaches youth wrestling and flag football for his son, Romeo, and Teddi is not far behind.
