Last week, we welcomed ProSource Insurance Agency in Texas to Equal Parts and shared our ambition to build a broader transportation insurance practice.

This week, we're taking another step forward - and expanding into Florida.

We're excited to welcome Independence Insurance Agency, based in Miramar, Florida, to the Equal Parts platform.

Founded by Co-Presidents Aaron Hollander and Luis Reyes, Independence has built its business around serving owner-operators, new ventures, small fleets, and established transportation businesses.

The acquisition gives Equal Parts a presence in Florida while adding another team of transportation specialists to our growing national platform.
