Three Acquisitions. Three Weeks. 10 and Counting.

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Equal Parts reaches its 10th acquisition just 16 months after its first, as agency owners across the platform begin expanding their businesses through acquisitions of their own.

‍

Three weeks. Three acquisitions.

We're excited to welcome El Valle Insurance, Archer Insurance Solutions, and Loma Portal Insurance to Equal Parts. With these additions, we've now completed 10 acquisitions just 16 months after our first. The pace is exciting. But what's happening behind these acquisitions is even more important. Two of the agency owners driving this latest wave of growth originally joined Equal Parts through acquisitions themselves.

Benito Ortiz joined Equal Parts through our acquisition of Strategic Insurance Group in New Mexico. Rex Young joined through our acquisition of D3 Insurance Group. Today, they're using the capital, technology, and M&A infrastructure of Equal Parts to expand their businesses through acquisitions of their own - all operating on the same platform.

‍

| A Platform to Keep Building

We've always believed selling an agency shouldn't have to mean the end of building one.

Great agency owners have spent years developing relationships, understanding their markets, building teams, and learning what makes an insurance business successful. Our goal is to give those operators a bigger platform to keep going.

Equal Parts brings acquisition capital and M&A resources, centralized operations, expanded carrier relationships, shared services, and Ultron, our proprietary AI operating system for insurance distribution.

Our agency leaders bring the local relationships, industry expertise, judgment, and entrepreneurial drive. Put those together and you can start to see how these things stack up. One acquisition brings another great operator onto the platform. That great operator can identify and acquire another great agency.

More agencies bring more customers, premium, carrier relationships, expertise, data, and insurance workflows onto the same platform.

And as more of the business operates on Equal Parts, we have more opportunities to automate workflows, centralize operations, expand capabilities, and create leverage for every agency in the network.

‍

| From Operators to Acquirers

This month, we're seeing that model play out.

Benito led the acquisition of El Valle Insurance, continuing to expand the business we're building in New Mexico.

Rex led the acquisitions of Archer Insurance Solutions and Loma Portal Insurance, expanding the businesses operating within D3 and the broader Equal Parts platform.

These aren't agency owners stepping away from the businesses they built. They're continuing to build - now with a larger balance sheet, dedicated M&A capabilities, shared infrastructure, and an AI operating system behind them.

That's an important distinction in how we think about acquisitions at Equal Parts. We're not trying to build a centralized organization where every acquisition ultimately looks the same. We're building a platform where great operators can build increasingly larger businesses while sharing the infrastructure that gets better with scale.

‍

| Three Weeks. Three Acquisitions.

Completing three acquisitions in three consecutive weeks is an important milestone for our team. It demonstrates that our M&A infrastructure can support multiple transactions at an increasing scale.

But scale isn't just about how many acquisitions a centralized team can complete.

The bigger opportunity is creating a network of agency leaders who have the resources to identify opportunities in their own markets and the platform behind them to execute.

That's how an acquisition engine starts to compound. And it's how we believe you go from 10 acquisitions to a 10,000.

‍

| 10 and Counting

Sixteen months ago, we completed our first acquisition. Today, we've completed 10.

We're proud of that milestone, but we're still early.

Our ambition is to build the definitive platform for insurance distribution - bringing together exceptional operators, proprietary technology, shared infrastructure, carrier relationships, and capital on a common platform.

And giving great agency owners the tools and resources to keep building.

10 down. A lot more to come.
